Quarantine, due to COVID 19 has been a harsh time on us all. Consequently, many businesses have unfortunately suffered great losses in various areas of their respected fields and could not deliver the usual services they offer.
As there was a quota on the number of permits we could have for employees at KDS during the first phase of the lockdown, our telephone sales and pharmacy sales representatives were limited. Thankfully, Khoury Drug Store had been able to maintain its output of services and products at the same top quality and frequency as it had before the pandemic.
One of the major factors that helped us achieve our continued seamless output, is that our customers still managed to reach us 24/7, thanks to the Aumet application (downloaded by most of the pharmacists on their mobile devices).
We were still able to deliver our customer orders through our distribution team either on the same day or the next (at most). Therefore, Aumet helped us fulfill our orders and services at the same level of output that we were operating at before the lockdown.
